Many inputs. One node. Clean routes out.

JAWC is Junction AI & Workflow Consulting. The name is the method. Everything an enterprise inherited comes in tangled. It passes through one point where someone reads all of it. It leaves as routes a team can run.

Why the name

Junction

A junction is where lines meet and get sorted.

Every line in. One point. Every line out, in order.

The systems we are handed were never designed. They accumulated, one urgent fix at a time. A field for one report. A flow for one manager. An integration built by someone who has since left. Each made sense on the day. Together they make a system nobody can read end to end.

Somebody has to read all of it before anyone changes any of it. The metadata, the data, the integrations, the tickets, and the habits people built to work around the gaps. That reading is the junction. It is where the tangle comes in and gets sorted, and it is most of the value.

Once it is read, the routes out are plain. One system of record. Handoffs that run themselves. Agents with an audit trail. Code your team owns. None of those is clever. They are what is left when the tangle is gone.

Founder

Parker Folkman

Founder, JAWC AI LLC

Parker Folkman founded JAWC AI LLC in Utah in August 2026.

Before JAWC, his work ran at the organizations listed below, across government, healthcare, education, and automotive. It ran on Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Government, and Health Cloud, and on integrations, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and data migration.

He reads the org himself. He does the work rather than managing people who do it. He writes down what he finds, and the parts that are not about a client go out as field notes.

How we think

Five rules

01

Read before you touch.

Nobody changes a system they have not read. The survey comes first, every time, and it is written down before any build is priced.

02

Cut before you build.

Most inherited systems hold more than they need. We remove what nothing uses before we add anything. Less to build, less to run, less to explain.

03

Ship something usable every cycle.

No big launch. Each cycle ends with a working piece your people use that week. A cycle that ends with only a plan was not a cycle.

04

Nothing is finished until the client's team runs it.

Code we hold is not done. The work ends when your team has shipped a change to it without us in the room.

05

Write it down, and in public where we can.

Every read, every decision, every runbook goes on paper and stays with you. The parts that are not about you go in our field notes, so the next buyer can use them without hiring us.
